lilipetit's current collections come from different indigenous communities located in the states of Chiapas, Guerrero, and Oaxaca in Mexico. You can find out more about the origin of our products here.

Are your products ethically sourced?

At lili petit, we are dedicated to ethical sourcing practices and creating artisanal fashion that celebrates the heritage and culture of Indigenous communities in Mexico. By working directly with these communities, we promote fair trade practices and support sustainable development, while ensuring fair compensation and forging lasting partnerships. Our slow-design philosophy and sustainable production practices reflect our commitment to a more ethical and meaningful approach to fashion, one that values quality, heritage, and community. How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept payment through major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 3-5 business days, while standard shipping to the USA typically takes 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and ensure that your order arrives on time.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from lili petit. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will be happy to assist you with the process and provide a refund, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

Please note the following:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our requirements.

What is your exchange policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer an exchange for another item of equal value. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. However, we understand that shipping costs can add up, so we offer a credit for the shipping cost on your next purchase with us. This way, you can shop with us again and save on shipping!

To take advantage of this credit, we'll send you a Shopify Gift Card with the value of your shipping credit. You can use this gift card towards your next purchase with lili petit. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of issue and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Do you offer international shipping to countries outside of Canada and the USA?

At this time, we only offer shipping to Canada and the USA. However, our
ultimate goal is to share our artisanal work with people all over the world. We
are actively seeking new shipping options and partnerships that will allow us
to expand our reach and offer our unique products to customers in other
countries. We really appreciate your interest in lili petit and we hope to be
able to share our products with you in the future!

Do you offer custom orders or modifications to your products?

At lili petit, we specialize in bringing you the finest handcrafted products from the Indigenous communities we partner with. Our collections are carefully curated to showcase the unique and authentic designs created by these communities. We believe in honoring and preserving their cultural heritage and traditions by offering their products exactly as they were made. For this reason, we do not offer custom orders or modifications to our products. We are proud to bring you the original designs crafted with centuries of ancestral knowledge and skills.

Do you have a physical store where I can see your products in person?

At the moment, we don't have a physical store, but we are always looking for opportunities to showcase our products in person. We occasionally participate in local markets and events, and we always announce our participation on our social media channels and website. We believe that seeing and touching our products in person can be a special experience, and we hope to offer this opportunity more frequently in the future.
