Artisanal techniques used: Rattan Weaving, Macrame (knotting technique).

Experience the exquisite blend of traditional techniques from two culturally-rich communities in this artisanal purse. The rattan used to create this masterpiece was sourced from an Indigenous community located in Chilapa de Alvarez, Guerrero, where it was carefully manufactured using time-honored techniques. The intricate handle, crafted using waxed thread, was created using the Macrame technique by skilled artisans in San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas, who have been perfecting their craft for generations. The handle takes an average of 3 to 5 days to be meticulously handcrafted, ensuring every detail is perfect.

This bag is a true labor of love, created with care and intention by artisans who take pride in their work. We are confident that this purse will become a standout piece in your wardrobe, and we invite you to experience the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into every bag we create.

Unlike some of our other collections, this purse is 100% handmade and does not involve any machine stitching, turning it into a remarkable collection because of its high quality and the attention to detail put in by the artisans.

Please note that due to the nature of the artisanal process and the fact that they are made in batches, each piece is truly one-of-a-kind and may not be exactly as shown in the pictures. These small variations add to the charm and character of each piece, making them a truly unique addition to your wardrobe.
